Indonesia Inventors Day Report 2020

Indonesian Invention and Innovation Promotion Association (INNOPA) will hold the 7th International Young Inventors Awards (IYIA) with Online Judging System due to the COVID-19 outbreak around the world. Along with the IYIA, there will be held also the 3rd World Invention and Technology Expo (WINTEX). The main difference between both events is, IYIA is categorized for high school students or inventors below 18 years old, meanwhile, WINTEX is for university students, individual researchers, company/institution, or inventors over 18 years old. There is about 345 Teams from 26 countries to participate in Indonesia Inventors Day 2020. The 26 countries are Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, USA, Canada, Russia, Ukraine, Sri Lanka, India, Poland, Turkiye, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Croatia, Romania, Hong Kong, Macao, Syria, Iran, South Korea, Lebanon, and Jordan

We also have separated the competition into 3 categories:

  1. The International STEM-based Innovation Competition
  2. The International Paper Competition
  3. The International Business Plan Competition

Indonesia Inventors Day 2021 was supported by Balai Inkubator Teknologi (BIT BPPT), INOTEK, CEGeoGTech, Universitas Mercu Buana, BINUS ASO, Prasetya Mulya, Euro Management, Habibie Centre, Klik Peneliti, Manpro, International Federation of Inventors Association (IFIA), and World Invention and Intellectual Property Association (WIIPA).
